When to submit a ticket

If you have already checked the Knowledgebase and have not found the answer to your question, then you may submit a ticket for bug reports or feature requests. If you are a registrant who needs help with your registration generally, then please contact your coordinator or the conference registration team. Only submit a ticket here if there is a problem with the registration form or you have feedback concerning the registration form. 

Fixed Help Desk tickets so responses can be seen!

My apologies, I recently fixed a bug in the Help Desk that was preventing people from viewing the replies posted in response to a ticket! 

Please see the responses on your tickets, and reply again as necessary. If the response solves your bug report or question, you can mark the ticket as resolved. 

A further message (and therefore email notification) has been sent for all open tickets.
