Why can't I see medical data, e.g. allergy information?
Medical data is classified as sensitive data by GDPR. For increased security, medical data submitted by registrants is visible only to the registrant themselves and the event's medical team.
If you are part of the medical team and do not have access to the data you need, please contact your event manager (probably the person who asked you to be an administrative user or event coordinator) and they will issue an access request. Please do not contact the MYER developers directly, as they will not be able to grant you any permissions without the written access request from the event manager(s).
To reduce any inconvenience while waiting for access to be granted, you could contact your event manager sooner rather than later.
