How do I reset the password for one of my registrants?
If the registrant is unable to reset their password (i.e. they do not receive the Lost Password email), then you can follow these instructions to reset their password.
- Go to View Forms
- Select the Registrant's form
- Go to My Account
- Update the Registrant's password
- Let the Registrant know what their password is, and that they should log in and change it.
Note: This is only applicable for registration forms where User Accounts are active.
