Why can't I export data?

For increased security, data export is turned off by default. If you require data export, please contact your event manager (probably the person who asked you to be an administrative user or event coordinator) and they will issue an access request. Please do not contact the MYER developers directly, as they will not be able to grant you any permissions without the written access request from the event manager(s).

To reduce any inconvenience while waiting for access to be granted, you could contact your event manager sooner rather than later.
